Tamahwour LLC is an advisory and services company registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Tamahwour Innovations LLC is its technology development arm. In this policy, “we”, “us”, and “Tamahwour” refer to both entities.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, and — if you provide them — phone number and subject, together with the message you write.

We also record the page you submitted from, your IP address, and your browser's user-agent string. These are kept for security and abuse prevention, not for profiling.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, financial account details, government identification numbers, or sensitive personal data through this form.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry and to carry out any engagement that follows from it.

To send you an automatic acknowledgement that we received your message.

To protect the site from spam and automated abuse.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Our email provider, Resend, processes the notification and acknowledgement emails on our behalf.

Our hosting provider stores the site and its database.

We disclose data to no one else unless we are legally required to.

How long we keep it

Contact submissions are retained for as long as the enquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@tamahwour.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
